The most popular Czech Eurovision act to date, Mikolas Josef, has released his Eurovision 2018 entry Lie to me, this time in the Spanish language!

Back in May, Mikolas Josef was officially crowned the most successful Czech Eurovision representative to date, receiving the highest number of points for the country at the competition with 281 points, finishing in 6th position at the Eurovision 2018 final.

Following the success of Lie to me in multiple charts across the continent, including Austria, Greece, Sweden and Germany, the singer has now decided to re-release his highly-rated song, this time in Spanish.

Josef has rewritten the Spanish lyrics himself, just as he wrote the original version of his single, however the new release still features a number of the previous English lyrics.

The singer announced the news on his instagram earlier this month.

Mikolas finished in sixth place with Lie to me at the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Lisbon, scoring the Czech Republic’s best ever position at the contest since their debut in 2007.
