In a press conference held today in Istanbul, the Turkish representatives in Eurovision 2011 Yüksek Sadakat have confirmed that their song will be in English. In 10 or 15 days, the group will submit a total of three songs to the TRT selection committee for them to decide the country's entry in the contest.

The song to represent Turkey in the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest will be made public at the end of the month. Once the song is selected, the group will record it and will deliver it to the country's public broadcaster TRT by mid February.

Promotional materials such as the official preview video for Yükset Sadakat's song will be produced as well. They are scheduled to be recorded in March.

Turkey will compete in one of the semifinals of the 2011 Eurovision in Düsseldorf. Last year, MaNga performed the song We could be the same, also in English, becoming runner-up to Lena Meyer-Landrut in Oslo.
