Flemming Jørgensen, who represented Denmark in 1980 as part of the group Bamses Venner, passed away on New Year's Eve at the age of 63 as a result of a cardiac arrest.

The last time he could be seen on tv was on December 25th, when he participated in the show Så det synger competing with Karen and Mike Tramp.

Flemming started playing the trumpet, and in the 1970s he went on to join the group Bamses Venner. His popularity remained intact for over 30 years.

One of the highlights in his career was representing his country, Denmark, in the 1980 Eurovision Song Contest with the song Tænker altid på dig, ending up on 14th place.
