Armenia: Eurovision stars perform for peace

A number of participants of the Eurovision Song Contest of different years gathered recently in tajikistan,Dushanbe to participate in a big event.

A number of participants of the Eurovision Song Contest of different years gathered recently in Tajikistan,Dushanbe to participate in a big event which was held by the governments of CIS countries. The event had the purpose to have warmer relations between each other.

A number of Eurovision Song Contest singers performed during the event, among them : Sirusho ( Armenia 2008) , Sofia Nizharadze ( Georgia 2010) , Alyosha ( Ukraine 2010) , Dmitriy Koldun ( Belarus 2007 ) , Safura (Azerbaijan 2010).

The concert lasted two days. The event is going to be annual, each time in a new country.

One of the most intriguing guests of the show was Sirusho, who was very warmly welcomed. Having recieved a national instrument of Tajikistan "Tavlag", Sirusho impressed the audience by playing "tavlag" and singing "Qele-Qele". She also performed her other hits "Erotas Ksafnikos", "Dun Im Musan Es" and other songs.

Right after the event in Dushanbe Sirusho headed to Moscow, where she participated in another big event, held in one of the largest venues in Moscow, "Lujniki", where she performed along with famous Russian and Armenian pop stars.Many Russian authorities and ministers attended the concert.
