What an intense Eurovision night! One of the events of the night took place in Lithuania. Eurovizija 2018, the Lithuanian national selection, was back for the second show. Six more acts advanced to the next stage.

The second show of Eurovizija 2018, the Lithuanian national final, saw a total of 12 acts on stage. Only six of them advanced to the next stage of the competition. They were decided via a 50/50 combined public and jury vote. The show was broadcasted live on LTR, the Lithuanian national television.

Six qualified acts

These are the six lucky acts advancing to the next stage:

• Juozas Martin – Don’t give up
• Saulės kliošas – Man gaila
• Twosome – Hello
• Paula – 1 2 3
• Audrius Petrauskas – In my bones
• Elizabeth Olshey – Bejausmis

On the other hand, the six eliminated acts on the night are:

• Justina Žukauskaitė – Love doesn’t lie
• Elvina Milkauskaitė & Balys Kulikauskas – So long my love, my lover
• Lukas Jonaitis – Over now
• Rūta Kotryna – Ghost
• Mia – Arrows
• Emilija Valiukevičiūtė – Bye bye

The national selection in Lithuania still has a few steps before declaring the representative to the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Lisbon. Five more shows are scheduled before the semi final and the Grand final, which will take place on 11 March 2018.
