At the website of the broadcaster of Andorra the logo of the Eurovision Song Contest 2003 can be found. The broadcaster states that they will broadcast the event live this year, which is one of the conditions to participate the next year.
The governement of Andorra stated a few months ago that the country will not participate in the near future. 95% of the people who voted in a poll of broadcaster RTVA said 'yes' to a participation next year.
