The 2016 Austrian entrant ZOË has decided to try a new style with some English-language songs. After her French-language entry Loin d’ici (Away from here) and her first album Debut in 2015, which consisted of 12 French songs, the Austrian singer and actress has recorded her first English single Dangerous affair and is about to get released on 19 May.
“It’s the right time to experience new things!”
According to a press release from ZOË‘s recording label Global Rockstar Music, the 2016 Austrian participant made the following statements about her new fiction:
I will never abandon writing French songs, but I feel that it is the right time to experience new things. While writing my new single Dangerous Affair, I never planned or thought about the language, it just happened to be in English, and I felt very comfortable with it.
