Demy wears a long sleeved light gold full length dress. The dress has a very low v-neck and a double thigh split, revealing that Demy is wearing a matching leotard underneath. There are layers of frills on the shoulders of the gown, giving it an elegant and feminine touch.

The popular Greek designers Deux Hommes Fashion and stylist Christos Alexandropoulos are responsible for Demy’s appearance.

During her Meet & Greet with the press of the Eurovision 2017, Demy stated:

I’ve always dreamt of being a singer, I was always interested in law so I got to law school, but now it’s only singing for me.
When it comes to the vocals of the song, she stated that she wants to bring them up because of the harmony of Alex Panayi‘s voice (the leader of the backing vocalists).
About her favourite Eurovision entry, she said that it’s Waterloo from ABBA.

Demy begins her performance alone on stage with a backdrop of falling stars. Afterwards she begins to rise up on a small stage to be later joined by two shirtless blue-coloured male dancers who dance around in a small water pool in front of Demy. (Like Samir & Viktor’s Bada nakna from Melodifestivalen 2016)

The backdrop and the feeling on stage are all about water then as well, including the videoart and a hologram that suddenly appears in front of the three and features a swimming girl.

Vocally the rehearsal was not perfect but good. The harmonization featured in early rehearsal snippets of Demy and her team work well and balanced already from the first run. The overall performance is probably not a top ten material but definitely stands out so far.

Demy experiences love in several aspects. In the beginning, she is in a fairytale world. Then she rises up to the stars: true unconditional love. Continuing her emotional journey, she rediscovers the innocence of her childhood when she faces the embodiment of love, the swan. Being in a fluid environment, she experiences contrasting emotions of purity, tension and restlessness. The strength of pure love can turn everything upside down, it can even reverse the flow of a crashing waterfall!

Demy made the following statement:

The stage presentation triggers my emotions and I believe we will manage to make the viewers feel the same.
