TVE, the Spanish national broadcaster has announced today that it will be revealing the names of the 3 pontential candidates for Objectivo Eurovision’s Eurocasting audition concert and the names of the jury members.

The 10 most voted candidates will be whittled down to 3 by a special jury. The names of the lucky 3 acts will be revealed tomorrow Tuesday 20 December at 17:30 CET on the Spain Calling webshow.

Hereafter the lucky 3 will have to go through a live audition concert scheduled to be held next month in Madrid. The best act from the Eurocasting will be awarded a place in the Spanish national final by a professional jury deliberation.

The 2017 Spanish Eurocasting audition is scheduled to be held on 12 January in Madrid, where the 1st candidate for the 2017 Spanish Eurovision national final Objectivo Eurovision will be selected. The rest of the candidates will be selected via an internal selection by the Spanish broadcaster.

The 2017 Spanish Eurovision national final is scheduled to be held next February. TVE will disclose more details regarding its Eurovision 2017 project and national final in due course.

The 2017 Eurovision Song Contest is scheduled to be held on 9, 11 and 13 May at the IEC in Kyiv, Ukraine.
