Through a voting system partly based on televoting and partly on a professional jury, the four most popular entries in the national final of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BH Eurosong 2003, will be selected and performed for a second time. Dino Merlin, who gave his country the most decent position ever in the Eurovision Song Contest, when he ended seventh after his performance of Putnici in a duet with Beatrice back in 1999, has been invited to throw star dust over the event, promised to be the best national final in the history of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Just like the organiser of BH Eurosong 2003, Senad Hadzifejzović, promised, two of the three hosts selected so far, are both actors. Those are Ana Vilenica and Enis Beslagić. The name of the third host will soon be known.
Tickets for the event are very cheap, as they will cost either five or seven euros, depending on the location. On February 12, around 7000 tickets went on sale.
