During a press conference today in the Slovenian capital Ljubljana the draw for the running order of the 16 EMA 2003 participants took place.

The Slovenian national final will take place at February 15, probably in the Gospodarsko razstavi�če hall in Ljubljana with an audience of 700 people. In the first round there will be televoting (50%) by viewers and the professional jury (50%). The first three songs which will get the most votes from both televoting and the professional jury will enter the second cycle. The television viewers and listeners at the radio will decide (with televoting) who will represent Slovenia at the Eurovision Song Contest.
