BNT, the national Bulgarian national broadcaster has announced today that the 2011 Bulgarian Eurovision representative Poli Genova will host the forthcoming 2015 Junior Eurovision Song Contest scheduled to be held in Sofia next month.

Poli Genova represented Bulgaria at the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest with her entry Na inat. Despite an energetic performance in Düsseldorf , she failed to qualify to the grand final.

Poli is honoured and pleased to host the 2015 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in her homeland:

I am really happy that Bulgaria is hosting the most prestigious song contest for young artists in Europe and that BNT decided that I am the right person to host it. I can’t wait to discover this event and I am sure it will be unforgetable! Let’s support the young artists together because they are our future!

The 2015 Junior Eurovision Song Contest is scheduled to be held on Saturday 21 November at the Armeec Arena in Sofia, Bulgaria, where a total of 17 nations will battle for the grand prix.
