Tonight, the semi final of Eurofest 2008, the Belarussian national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest will be held. 15 entries will be presented and the three best ones will be chosen by a jury and televoting to enter the national final on 21st January.
The show
The televoting will begin once all the participants have completed with their entry. Every viewer can vote by dialling 8-803-100-03-ХХ (where ХХ is the number of theperformer theylike to votefrom 01 to 15). All calls are free of charge.
The jury will choose their top three to progress to the final. If the opinion of viewers differs from the jury judgement, then the performer who scored the largest numbers of votes but failed to get into the top two becomes the third finalist asa nomineeof TV viewers.

Belarus has finished the final of the Eurovision Song Contest for the first time in 2007, where they finished 6th thanks to Koldun and his entry Work your magic.
