26 countries are taking part in this year's OGAE Song Contest (stands for Organisation Générale des Amateurs de l'Eurovision).
This year's organisers are last year's winners, OGAE France, Eurofans. Last year France achieved first place with the international hit, Moi Lolita by Alizee.
