RTCG, the Montenegrin national broadcaster, has revealed that Knez will sing the song Adio at the Eurovision Song Contest 2015.
The song will be revealed on 21 March, in a special show broadcast on TVCG1.
Knez was internally chosen to represent Montenegro at the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest back in October.
Since then we have also learnt that former participant and host, Željko Joksimović, will be composing his song, with lyrics by Marina Tucaković and Dejan Ivanović.
Speaking to RTCG, Knez expressed his delight at how his entry has turned out,
I am very pleased with the composition which will represent our country and I can say that the reactions of those who had the opportunity to hear it are positive on first listen, as we inspire optimism that we will achieve a good result in Vienna.
Knez will spend the time between now and the song reveal recording the music video for his entry.
Last year, Montenegro were represented by Sergy Ćetković at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014. He achieved the country’s best ever result having made the grand final for the first time and finishing 19th in the final with his song Moj Svijet.
