This article will be constantly updated.

As always, the show starts with a music/dance performance. This week it's party time!

There is a recap pf the three songs that have qualified last week:

  • Svetozar Hristov & Vladimir Dimov – Tired soul
  • Sunnie – Do you love me
  • Di-Do – Full of love

It's time for some moreEurovisionSong Contest entries of the year 2005-2007: Let me try (Romania 2005), Dancing lasha tumbai (Ukraine 2007), Flying the flag (United Kingdom 2007), Congratulations (Iceland 2006), Drama queen (Denmark 2007) and Hard rock hallelujah (Finland 2006). Is it a déjà vu or have we seen these videos in the Bulgarian heats before?

Some more videos: Never let you go (Russia 2006), Get a life – get alive (Austria 2007), Work your magic (Belarus 2007), Vertigo (Malta 2007) andDancing lasha tumbai (Ukraine 2007 – again!).

1. Lora Vladova – Sweet love

Number one is an r'n'b influenced song that could have actually been recorded by various famous US-American artists. The costumes seem to be influenced by Ruslana although the choreography is by far not as wild as Ruslana's dances were in 2004.

2. Nikolai Mihailov – Vazduh i voda

Song number two is in a similar style as the first one but the vocals are very weak and the dance routine is not perfected. Nevertheless, the overall impression is quite classy.

3. Terry Angel – Strannitsi v noshtta

The song could be described as an ethno-ballad with a disco beat. The performance is pretty artistic and classy and so are the outifts which are all black and white. The vocals are ok but the singer seems not to enjoy her performance a lot.

4. Vint – Vint

More disco, more black outfits. The song is very repititve although it partly reminds of Bulgaria's 2007 entry Water. The dramatic light effects work very well with the song and make the whole performance seem very professional.

5. Black Rose – Malki Chuldesa

Some rock music. We have heard many songs like this one in the Bulgarian heats before and this one is neither better nor worse. The vocals are not flawless but ok while the guitar solo in the middle of the song is very strong…

6. Gergana Koeva – Naykoi den

It's the first real ballad today and another song with r'n'b influences. The singer seems to have been in Bonbonlandiya, where else could she have bought this outfit that makes her look like a huge piece of candy? Again, the vocals are not perfect and the performance probably needs to be more emotional.

In three weeks, the qualifiers of the last three heats will be chosen.
