Turkish newspaper Vatan reported today that broadcaster TRT is in coordination with Turkish pop divas Sertab Erener, who will be performing the Turkish entry to the Eurovision Song Contest 2003, and Sezen Aksu, who will be composing the melody and writing the lyrics.
The newspaper also reports that, under the leadership of TRT, the two artists will be working together with Sony Music Europe-Turkey, Ahmet San Productions and other foreign producers to come up with the entry. In addition, Vatan says that the entry will gain clarity by December 10th and at the end of the month recording stage will begin.
OGEA Turkey confirmed the news. However, an official announcement regarding the matter has not been made neither by TRT, nor by the artists themselves.
