The fourth heat of Laugardagslögin, the Icelandic preselection for the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest, will be held on Saturday October 27th. RÚV, the Icelandic broadcaster, has already announced the titles of the three songs competing in the upcoming show.

Lífsins leið – Áslaug Hálfdánardóttir (singer and composer)
In your dreams – Davíð Þorsteinn Olgeirsson (singer and composer)
The picture – Þóra Gísladóttir (singer) Hjörleifur Ingason (composer)
Davíð Þorsteinn Olgeirsson took part in the 2006 Icelandic Final with the song Strengjadans.
Þóra Gísladóttir took part in the 2003 national final, performing Hvar sem ég enda and last year in the Icelandic Final in duet with Edgar Smári Atlason, performing Stundin – staðurinn.
