Exclusive: Vladimir Graic again in '08?

Vladimir Graić, the composer of this year's Serbian Eurovision Song Contest winning song Molitva, has given an exclusive interview to esctoday.com in which he talks about his joy at the victory, and his long-standing working relationship with lyricist Sa�a Milo�ević Mare. He believes The Beauty Queens will make the perfect representative for Serbia next year in Belgrade. He's already working with them on a song.

Vladimir Graic spoke to esctoday.com about the source of his inspiration for this year's winner song, his feelings, his hopesand about what makes him keep on writing good music. He also spoke to us about his new cooperation with Marija Serifovic's back up singers The Beauty Queens. Vladimir revealed to esctoday.com that he thinks they would be the perfect candidates for representing Serbia in the 2008 contest and that he even has some ideas in mind for a song for them. "I've got a brilliant idea concerning them and a tune already written. All that remains is to "fit a few more pieces together", and who knows!" says Vladimir Graic.

Vladimir was born in Belgrade in 1968, and attended music-based primary and secondary schools before graduating from the School of Electrical Engineering, becoming an expert in the field of electro acoustics. He has been working for RTS since 1996, first as editor of Entertainment, and since 2000 he has been editor of the RTS record company. His compositions have won prizes at numerous festivals throughout Serbia, and in 1994 he won the award for Best Composer at the Mesam festival. Since 1986 he has been a member of the Association of Jazz, Pop and Rock Musicians.
