Belarus have announced the running order and the new way the results will be announced during The Song for Eurovison, the country's national final that will determine which of the ten participating acts will get the chance to represent them in the 2007 Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

The Song for Eurovision will be take place on 13 September at the Summer Amphitheater in Vitebsk. It will be organised by the National State TV and Radio Company of Belarus together with the Ministry of Culture. The ten finalists appeared before the jury on 27 August to present their improved acts, following the suggestions made by the jury during their first presentation.

The running order of the Belarussian final is as follows:

2. Roman Voloznev
3. Kirill Ermakov
4. Polina Kalofati
5. Serafima Kuznetsova
6. Alexey Zhigalkovich
7. Nikita Zhurovich
8. Polina Veras
9. Anton Zemlianik
10. Julia Azarenok

The show will be broadcast live on First Channel and the result will be determined by televote and jury vote. This year, though, the votes will be announced in a new, more Eurovision-like way. Children-hosts located in regional studios of Belarussian Television will be announcing the results, much like it is done in the actual contest.

The NationalState Teleradio Company of Belarusare running an informal (open to all visitors) poll, in their website asking the Belarussian public their opinion about what their participation in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest means to them. Over 3000 votes have been cast so far and although almost 50% state they do not know, 24% believe that it means "prestige'' for the country, 15,59% think that it is an opportunity to show their worth and culture to the world, 7,14% believe that it is a way to enter the European community and finally 7,91% feel it is an opportunity to evaluate the professional level of their performers.
