For nearly two years, the show called”Age d'or et tête de bois” (the title of a successful TV program in the 60's) has been touring France with unexpected success. Alongside many famous French singers, the cast includes three names familiar to Eurofans.

During its first season, the show was dedicated to artists of the 60's but now it has been extended to include the 70's as well. Every artist performs at least three songs of their own during the show. Besides Demis Roussos, Rika Zarai and Richard Anthony (to name the most famous ones), we can find three Euro-veterans : François Deguelt (Monaco 60 & 62), Michèle Torr (Luxembourg 66 and Monaco 77) and Marie Myriam (France 77). Jeane Manson who represented Luxembourg in the 1979 Eurovision Song Contest is announced as new member of the show from next Autumn on.

It is reported that already over 350,000 people have attended the concert and the number will more than certainly increase a lot, as the tour will at leastcontunue until May 2008.Two double CDs and a double DVD have been released. On the second CD, a live version of "L'oiseau et l'enfant" can be found as well as an exerpt of "Une petite Française" (in a medley by Michèle Torr). The French version of the 1969 Spanish winner ("Alors je chante") is also part of a medley by Rika Zarai.
