Sweden has chosen their representatives for the very first Eurovision Dance Contest this year: Cissi Ehrling & Martin Lidberg will represent the country. The couple won the latest edition of the Swedish version of Strictly come dancing.

Strictly come dancing features couples consisting of a professional dancer and a VIP. Martin Lidberg (34) is actually a professional wrestler while Cissi Ehrling (23) is a well-known ballroom dancer.

Sweden will be one of 16 countries taking part, the other contestants are:

• Ireland (represented by Nicola Byrne & Mick Donegan)
• Lithuania
• Netherlands
• Austria
• Poland
• Portugal
• Russia
• Switzerland
