Yesterday, the Spanish broadcaster TVE started with the the broadcasting of Operación Triunfo: the Academy. In this show, the 16 candidates will be introduced. This year the daily programme will be hosted by Ainhoa Arbizu instead of Jenifer Roper, who hosted it last year.
The programme Operación Triunfo: the Academy is not yet the Operación Triunfo 2 shows itself. The starting date of the 'real' show is unknown yet. Tinet Rubira is the new producer of the show.
The winner of Operación Triunfo will represent Spain at the Eurovision Song Contest, just like last year.
Operación Triunfo: the Academy will be broadcasted every day at 21:50 (TVE 2).
