For the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest it will be Susanne Georgi from the internationally famous duo Me & My who will be announcing the Danish points. With Søren Rasted from Aqua as one of the two commentators this year DR, the Danish broadcaster, does indeed have success involving bigger names into the Contest.

Me & My are the two sisters Susanne and Pernille Georgi. They were the biggest international name in this year’s Danish final, but were beaten by DQ and five others and finished 6th with Two are stronger than one. Since their world hit Dub-i-Dub from 1995 they have been so busy with an international career – a lot of it in Southern Europe – that they basically haven't had the time to be in Denmark ever since. For the past 10 years they have been living in Andorra. Shortly after the Danish final they released a greatest hits album which you can buy here at cdon.

For the 2006 Eurovision Song Contest legendary Jørgen De Mylius was the Danish spokesperson. He managed to make the distance between Denmark and Greece seem even bigger as he greeted the hostswith a “good afternoon, Greece”.
