THE OVERALL SCOREBOARDAFTER RUSSIA'S VOTES
In association with OGAE, esctoday.com is keeping the scoreboard of all OGAE clubs as they cast their votes. In total, Russia is the 17th country to present its votes, and the top of the leaderboard has closed up once again, with no points (or a place in the final according to Russia) for leaders, Switzerland. Serbia's 7 points moves them to within 2 points of regaining the lead, whilst yet another 10 points for Belarus moves them to within 14 points of the leaders. Greece remain in 6th place after their second set of top marks this year. OGAE Russia also awarded Poland their first point of the year. 2/3 of countries are now on the scoreboard, 14 remain without a point at this stage.
