Marija Serifovic, who will be representing Serbia in this year�s Eurovision Song Contest, was presented with the prestigious Serbian Dani Estrade award for Pop Singer of the Year 2006,for her contribution to the country�s music scene this past year. The first two stops of her promo tour have also been announced. Fans can expect to see Marija in Bosnia and Croatia first.

Marija Serifovic was presented with the Pop Singer of the Year 2006 award at the traditional Dani Estrade Awards, held on April 3 and 4, at the Mladost Sports Centre in Cacak. Afterwards Marija performed Molitva together with Ksenija, Ana, Sanja, Suzana and Ivana, the same ladies who will be her backing vocalists in Helsinki.Currently Marija is working on the Molitva video clip.

RTS have also announced Marija Serifovic’s first promo tour stops. In Bosnia, Marija will be visiting Banjaluka, Sarajevo and Zagreb where she will meet with Marija Sestic, the Bosnian representative, attend popular TV shows and be interviewed by major local media. Afterwards, Marija will be heading for Croatia where she will meet with Dado Topic.
