The Albanian representative in Helsinki gave an exclusive interview to esctoday.com. After winning the Festivali i Këngës, Fredrik Ndoci seems to be a man with a mission. He wants to promote Albanian music and culture in Europe and therefore he wants to show the best of him in Helsinki. Frederik talks about the meaning of Hear my plea, about the staging of the song and about his immediate plans for Helsinki.

Fredrik Ndoci started singing at the age of six. He finished his drama studies at Tirana School of Arts and so far he played in 6 films. In one of these films, Fredrik had to sing and this would become his break through as a singer. By the late 80's, he had collected all possible Albanian music awards and Fredrik felt it was time for a new challenge. He moved to live in Italy, as he wanted to explore new musical genres. He performed in many countries, such as Italy, Spain, France, Greece, The Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and even the USA.
