As previously reported here on esctoday.com, the five Nordic countries are once again getting together for preview shows. The shows will be produced by SVT in collaboration with NRK, DR, RUV and YLE. Earlier we were only able to present the timetables from DR and SVT, but we are now able to update the calendar with times for the Norwegian broadcast.

All the preview videos will be presented for the viewers in four shows and five experts will comment on all songs and award each of them with points from 1 to 5. All four shows will be broadcast in all five Nordic countries, but as usual it is up to each broadcaster to decide their own timetables.

Charlotte Perrelli, who is better known as Charlotte Nilsson to fans, is once again the Swedish expert. She won the Eurovision Song Contest in 1999 with Take me to you heaven. Thomas Lundin, a walking encyclopaedia when it comes to the contest is as usual the Finnish expert, and Iceland hasn’t made any changes either. Eirikur Hauksson judging the songs on their behalf. This means that this year he will be judging his own song Valentine lost and the songs he will be competing against in Helsinki.

Denmark and Norway have each made a change. Jostein Pedersen who has done these preview shows for many years with Norway has been replaced by Per Sundnes. In Denmark it will be Adam Duvå Hall, host of the Danish final 2006 and 2007 who will judge the songs.

All four shows will be recorded in Stockholm with Christer Björkman, who represented Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1992, as the host.

Esctoday.com will update as soon as there is news from Iceland and Finland regarding the timetable.
