Fans of Sweden's Melodifestivalen will be able to relive the highs and lows of this year's contest, as the double DVD is released in Sweden today, just two weeks after it was all over in Globen.

This year is something of an anniversary for broadcaster SVT, as the release is the fifth successive Melodifestivalen to be released on DVD. The commercial release of a national final is testament to the continuing huge popularity of the contest in and beyond Sweden; no other national contest has quite gripped the fans like Melodifestivalen does.

The 2007 release comes as a double treat for buyers, with not only the semifinals, second-chance round and final, but also bonus material and an opportunity to sound like the stars with karaoke tracks.

Fans outside Sweden need not worry, as the DVD is available to purchase online.
