Today at 7:40 CET the Austrian entry will be presented. The song title is Get a life-get alive. One of the three national radio stations of Austria's public broadcaster ORF, Hitradio Ö3, will be the first to air the song.

Two weeks ago Austrian broadcaster ORF announced Eric Papilaya as the country's representative to Helsinki. They promised then that on early March we would know the song and indeed today we'll listen to it, at 7:40 CET. The song title is Get a life-get alive and Austrian Hitradio Ö3 will air it for the very first time.

The Austrian entry will be the official theme song for Life Ball, a charity event about AIDS, which takes place annualy in Vienna. Part of the donations goes to the Elton John AIDS Foundation.

Austria didn't participate at the Eurovision Song Contest in Athens, for this reason they'll have to compete at the semi-final of 10th May in Helsinki.
