After Malta, Romania and Iceland, Greece is the 4th country that invites Mihai Traistariu, Romania's representative at the Eurovision Song Contest last year in Athens, as a guest star for the national final. There, the successful Romanian artist will present his new single 'Dimmi sì o no'.
Last year in Athens he came 4th at the Eurovision Song Contest, singing Tornerò (I'll come back). And he kept his promise… Mihai Traistariu is going back to Greece, the country where he achieved the 4th place at the Eurovision Song Contest and his dream became true. He was dreaming of an international career and he did it!
After the Eurovision Song Contest hegave about 300 concerts in Romania, 55 shows outsidehis countryin 2006 and already 4 shows until now in 2007: in Malta, Germany, Iceland and Greece. Next shows are in schedule to take place in Finland, FYR Macedonia, Cyprus, Italy and Spain. Mihai signed different contracts with 14 countries and also has a proposal to sign a contract with a Record Company from America. His management is in discussions with Universal S.U.A.
Mihai will perform at the Greek final on 28th February 3 songs: Tornerò, the ballad Why, 2nd at the Romanian final in 2000, and his new single Dimmi sì o no (Tell me yes or no), allready launched in Malta, Finland and Iceland. Mihai thinks it is the right time to launch the new single in Greece , because "Eurovision Show has such an audience and in that way – the song will be listen by many people ".
