Last Saturday Mision Eurovision held an extraordinary and splendid show filled with glamour. TVE invited Sweden's best female act Carola to the show along with 5 acts from this year's Eurovision Song Contest scheduled to be held on the 10th and 12th of May in Helsinki. Mision Eurovision welcomed them all to Madrid and invited them to taste the flavour and essence of the Spanish capital. Esctoday Spanish editor Sanjay Jiandani flew down specially to the Spanish capital in order to cover the 6th Gala of Mision Eurovision.
Guri Schanke (Norway), The Jet Set (Poland), Alenka Gotar (Slovenia), Olivia Lewis (Malta) and Natalia Barbu (Moldova) and Carola were more than happy and overjoyed to be the special international guests on the Mision Eurovision show.
TVE and the whole team behind Mision Eurovision has worked very hard this year in coming up with the best ever Eurovision Spanish national preselection. Never ever before has there beensuch an extensive coverage regarding the Spanish Eurovision selection. Every small detail has been taken into account in order to produce the show. The organizers have excelled in every way to produce an excellent and elegant show.
Last Saturday Mision Eurovision held a special gala where the 5 candidate songs to represent Spain were officially presented to the Spanish public along with their respective composers. These 5 entries were presented by famous Spanish artists: Massiel, Gisela, Raul, Mikel Herzog and Nina.
5 of this year's Eurovision candidate acts got the chance to show off their vocal skills and present their Eurovision entries to the Spanish audience. The artists got the chance to meet for the very first time and exchange opinions and ideas. During their short stay in Madrid theywereable to see some ofthe Spanish capital's most famous sightsand monuments.
