The 1988 ESC winner for Switzerland, Céline Dion, moves to Belgium in October to prepare her Las Vegas-show, which she will perform for three years at Caesar's Palace.
Around the villa which Dion hired, people are working to prepare the house for Dion. The inhabitants of Bousval, where the villa is located, are afraid to loose their privacy and rest. The bodyguards located around the villa already forbid people to take pictures of it, but , the Belgian police told them that it is not forbidden to take pictures from the road.
The Belgian authorities already forbid Dion to land a helicopter near the villa. She has to travel by car now, which will take approximately 30 minutes from the airport.
According to rumours, the villa costs around 25,000 euros a month.
