1993 was a golden year and proved to be one of the most memorable contests of the decade. As Ireland took their fourth win with Niamh Kavanagh, Luxembourg were making their swansong. The band was called Modern Times however nothing could have been further from the truth with this motley crew turning out to be more Bonjela than Bon Jovi. This proved to be the last time we saw this five time champion competing at Eurovision.
