The Maltese television channel, NET TV, will enter its fourth season of the hit show Lejn Il-Eurovision (Towards Eurovision) next month. The show returns in January, and will keep on running weekly until May. Fans across Europe will be happy to know that it will also be broadcast on the internet, and can be found at nettv's website.

This year the programme will move out from the studios of NET TV, and will include an audience that will discuss the current issues related to Eurovision and the Malta Song For Europe Festival. Any Eurovision fans who would like to attend the recordings of the programme can do so by sending an emailto [email protected]. Foreign guests to the Maltese islands are also welcome to attend the programme and give their input in the discussion. Lejn Il-Eurovision is to be produced by Frederick Zammit for NET TV,chief editor of esctoday.com's partner site, escmalta.com, Cyrus Engerer will be the production assistant.

Lejn Il-Eurovision promises to bring to its viewers the best possible coverage of the 52nd Eurovision Song Contest being held in Helsinki, Finland, and Malta's 20th selection for Eurovision, which this year will be held on the 1st and 3rd of February. Various exclusive interviews have already been recorded with all the judges from the Maltese song selection procedure as well as with all finalists to the Maltese selection. There are also pleanty of planned surprises are in the mean time ready and in store for the televiewers' pleasure.
