Estonian girl-band, Vanilla Ninja are preparing for their third attempt to win the Eurovision Song Contest title. Their participation was confirmed back on November 1st, and they will be performing an English song in the final of Eurolaul 2007, written by band members Piret and Lenna and composed by Elmar Liitmaa. In the mean time, they will be launching their 4th studio album, Love is War in Brasil!
The popular band have been one of the more comercially successful Eurovision Song Contest participants of recent years with four studio albums all reaching top spot in the Estonian Charts. Despite their success, the band left their record label, EMI in October of this year and are hoping to sign with a label that will further their international success.
Their second album was released internationally, reaching the top three in the German album charts and number four in Austria. The third album, Blue Tattoo hit the top ten in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Polish top 20.
Their fourth studio album, Love is War was released by record label EMI in May. It has already been another number one smash in Estonia, and broken into the top 20 in Germany and Switzerland.
