“Wow, now we have somebody to vote for!” was, according to Sahlene, the reaction of the Swedis press after learning that a Swedes would be representing Estonia at ESC 2002.

“I have to convince the Estonian audience, that my heart beats for them, said Sahléne, just three days before the final. She also adds that she already identifies with Estonians. She said that it is a great honour to represent another country and adds, “Estonians chose me, after all, Sweden didn't.”

Sahléne said that compared to her first rehearsals, she felt much more comfortable today. “If the sounds stays as it was in the third rehearsal, I'll be happy,” she added. As for result in the final, she's not certain and is trying not to think about the voting. Nevertheless, she commented that she will do her best and if she wins and this gives ETV a headache then it's their problem.

In the press conference she played on a rumour that Estonia will give Sweden 12 points this year.
