The 2006 Greek entry, Everything, was so popular in Belgium that Ricky Fleming has recorded Jij bent alles (You are everything), a Flemish version of the song.
Ricky Fleming, who also took part in the Belgian national finals in 1993 and 1999, is now celebrating 20 years of career andso he wanted to publish a new single. Actually, he had written another song (Jij bent alles),yet, anddue to the success of Anna Vissi's entry which he specially liked himself, he decided to record the song in Flemish in a kind of treat to the Belgian audiences.
The song will also be part of his new album that will be released in October. Also featured on the album are Helemaal and Door jou, which were his contributions toformer Belgian finals, and some other Eurovision Song Contest covers.
Everything finished 9th on homeground in 2006, performed by Anna Vissi.
