Fabrizio Faniello will again represent Malta at the Eurovision Song Contest! In tonight's Malta Song for Europe 2006, 18 songs and performers competed for the Maltese ticket to the final of the Eurovision Song Contest on 20th May, for which Malta qualified thanks to Chiara's outstanding result in Kyiv.
In 2001, Fabrizio represented Malta with Another summer night, which came 9th. In Athens he will sing the song I do, an uptempo pop song with a slighly 'Swedish sound' in the style of Fame's Give me your love.
Trilogy came third with This heart of mine , Olivia Lewis again didn't make it and came second with Spare a moment. Last year, she came second as well after Chiara.
