During the Romanian television show Teo, Loredana Groza said she is eager to participate in Romania's selection for the 2006 Eurovision Song Contest.
Loredana participated in Romania's national final 2005 with the song Le, le and finished second, with just five points away from Luminita & Sistem, who successfully represented Romania at the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest in Kyiv.
It's unknown yethow Romania will select its Eurovision Song Contest participant for Athens. Although TVR has its hand full with the organisation of the 2006 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, it is widely expected that Romania's 2006 representative for the adult contest will be democratically chosen. TVR will soon announce more details about its national selection.
