Lena Philipsson, the Swedish Eurovision Song Contest representative in Istanbul 2004, has released a new album. After just one day in stores around Sweden it has already managed to sell gold, that means more than 30 000 copies! Lena Philipsson will feature in a special television show made just for her later in November.

Lena Philipsson new album Jag ångrar ingenting was released 26th October in Sweden. Lena is currently promoting her album in media. Her follow up single to Unga pojkar & äldre män will be the uptempo pop track Han jobbar i affär, and had it's television premiere today, Sunday (30th October) during the show TV-huset on Swedish Television (SVT1). Lena Philipsson has also made her own television special, an one hour show that will feature new songs as well as old hits and some interviews. This show will be broadcast on Swedish TV4 on the 9th of November.

Last years album Det gör ont en stund på natten men inget på dan sold gold in nine days. That album included her Eurovision entry from last year: Det gör ont (It Hurts), and the huge hits Delirium, The Lena Anthem and På gatan där jag bor.

Next year Lena Philipsson will celebrate 20 years as an artist, a career that started with her breakthrough with the song Kärleken är evig in Swedish Melodifestivalen 1986.
