Yesterday the delegation head's meeting started in Tallinn. They were very pleased with the organisers.

On Thursday, the delegation leaders of the participating countries visited the Saku Suurhall for the first time and were extremely satisfied with the venue for this year's Eurovision Song Contest.

Juhan Paadam, the Project Manager of Eurovision, said the organisers will give a thorough overview of the preparations made so far, from hotel logistics up to artistic issues. “We got a lot of compliments for info technology, for instance, for the fact that the whole accrediting process is Internet-based for the first time, Paadam said.

Vouluntairs are asked to be delegation guide. Basically, a guides job means that you can go to sleep in the evening after the last member of a delegation has gone to sleep and in the morning you have to get up when the first member is up”, laughed language teacher Katriina Vasarik (23), guide for the Swiss delegation. Toni Wachter, the leader of the Swiss delegation was happy with the friendly guide, especially because her language skills were as good as if she came from Switzerland.
