Helena Paparizou and Carola will be performing in tonight's Allsång på Skansen, broadcast on SVT1 and SVT Europe. Both Eurovision Song Contest winners are expected to surprise the viewers with a unique duet.

Helena Paparizou and Carola have seperately been invited to perform in Allsång på Skansen but SVT has tried to convince both singers to cooperate on a unique performance. “If everything goes well, they will do something together,” says Gunilla Nilars, producer of the show. “It would be great, considering they are two Eurovision Song Contest winners.

In a reaction to Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet both singers don't rule out a joint performance tonight. “It would be great fun. I've worked with many artists, so why not with Carola!” told this year's Eurovision Song Contest winner, Helena Paparizou. Carola's record company told that Carola will perform her songs as planned, “but you never know what happens during live shows.

If it will come to a duet between Helena Paparizou and Carola will become clear tonight. Allsång på Skansen will be broadcast on SVT1 and SVT Europe, tonight as of 20:00 CET. Host of the show is Anders Lundin, who also hosted the Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm in 2000.

After tonight, Helena Paparizou will continue her tour through Europe. On Monday she will be in Belgium for the recordings of the television show Tien om te Zien, to be broadcast on VTM on 20th July.
