Swedish broadcaster (SVT) has revealed the names of the hosts for the Swedish Junior Eurovision Song Contest selection. Popular artist Nanne Grönvall will host the show together with comedian Shan Atci. The selection, called Lilla Melodifestivalen, will be held in October, but the exact date has still not been told by SVT.
Nanne Grönvall is well known after her many participations throughout the years in the Swedish Melodifestivalen. This year she ended up second with her entry Håll om mig. She celebrates 20 years as an artist this year and recently released a CD with her greatest hits. Read more about her CD here.
Shan Atci has become popular in Sweden as a stand up comedian and also hosts his own television-show. Earlier this year he hosted the first semifinal ofMelodifestivalen together with Alexandra Pascalidou.
Last year Mela Tesfazion & Magnus Carlsson (from group Alcazar) hosted Lilla Melodifestivalen. SVT has already chosen ten songs for Lilla Melodifestivalen 2005 but the titles and the names of the participants will be kept secret until September. The live show will be broadcast in October.
