The European Broadcasting Union will decide wether Lithuania can send 'We all' or not. In the past weeks it appeared that the Lithuanian entry has already been commerically released in 2001.

The EBU rules state that a song may not be released commercially before January 1 2002 to perform in the Eurovision Song Contest. Fans noticed that Lithuania's song 'We all' was one of the tracks on the B'Avarija CD, released in 2001.

When the EBU contacted the Lithuanian broadcaster LTV, they stated that the accusements were not true. When a number of fans contacted the EBU on this item, LTV was contacted again and they promised the EBU to investigate the case.

The investigation will be finished at the end of this week.
