Some already noticed; escforum.com, the esctoday.com forum section, has technical problems with the database connection.
We are aware of the fact that the capacity for the forum is low, but the current problems are likely to be caused by a database conflict. One of our technicians is currently searching for the exact problem, as well as a suitable solution.
Apart from this problem, we are still searching for sponsors of escforum.com. We are not searching for a hosting sponsor, but for financial support in exchange for brand exposure. Interested? Please go to the contact centre.
It's unknown when the forum will be back online, but in case the situation changes we will update you through this news item. We apologise for the possible inconvenience and thank you for understanding.
UPDATE 28TH MAY, 22:30 CET: Initially, we managed to get the forum back online again, but with a high amount of traffic in a very short moment, the capacity related problem returned. We are working on it, trying to find a more reliable long-term solution. We hope that you understand that we do not have the funds or the possibility to get an extra server out of the blue at this moment. We'll keep you posted!
