According to Mrs. Christine Marchal, Eurovision Song Contest Coordinator of the EBU, the resignation of SVT producer Svante Stockselius is a big loss for the Eurovision Song Contest.
Stockselius, who is also a member of the Eurovision board, assured to finish his job for this year's Eurovision Song Contest. He will start his new job on June 1 and he will therefore work on his previous assignments until then.
“This is a big loss for the song contest future as he has always been very efficient in our works for the song contest, but it shall not interfere in the Eurovision Song Contest2002”, Marchal said to ESCTODAY.
