Glennis Grace, who represents the Netherlands at this year's Eurovision Song Contest, just finished her rehearsal and press conference. The audience was enthusiastic about her rehearsal, at which she presented a new version of My impossible dream.

The most remarkable change in the Dutch song is the addition of live strings instead of studio samples. Therefore, the song has a more orchestral atmosphere. The main colours of the stage are red and orange, with golden particles on the so-called 'wings' of the stage.

“Music means everything to me. When I get up in the morning, the first thing I do is sing”, Glennis said during her press conference. Head of press of the Dutch delegation, Rolf de Wit, explained that because of customs problems, the promotion material of Glennis Grace had not yet arrived.

Update: the Dutch press kit has arrived. It contains biographies, a CD-ROM with interviews and information and a summary on the history of the Netherlands at the Eurovision Song Contest.
