Yesterday, the Portuguese branch of the Eurovision Song Contest fans organisation OGAE (Organisation Générale des Amateurs de l'Eurovision) voted for the songs in competition at the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest. Portugal was excluded from the voting.

The meeting of OGAE Portugal took place at the Portuguese Youth Institute, in Lisbon. Around 30 fans were present, as well as Eládio Clímaco, who is going to be the Portuguese commentator of RTP (Portuguese Broadcaster) in Kyiv. Eládio also performed this duty in 1992, 1994, 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2004, 2002.

Eládio and an RTP team recorded a reporting to be broadcasted during the daily 10 minute-programme on the Eurovision Song Contest that kicks off today on RTP 1 channel (starting at 2.15 pm).
