Alexandra Pascalidou became a diverse Eurovision Song Contest personality in the past months. After hosting the first Swedish semifinal, she presented the Greek national selection and now hosts Euromania, the weekly Greek Eurovision Song Contest magazine. “I hope we will all meet in Greece next year”, she said.

“I think the contest is a big European party and maybe the only occasion where Europeans have the opportunity to meet, sing and dance and celebrate diversity. It unites millions of people, men and woman, old and young, rich and poor, minorities and majorities and I love that! I remember myself watching the contest since I was a kid, always hoping and later voting for both my home countries – Greece and Sweden!”, Pascalidou said.
